HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, personal data, leaves, etc.) in HR systems.

• Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and other HR documentation.

• Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.

• Handle induction and orientation programs for new employees.

• Support performance management and appraisal activities.

• Draft and manage HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.).

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and ensure smooth internal communication.

• Coordinate with different departments for HR operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, HR software (HRMS), and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).

• Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in HR operations within [industry type – e.g., EdTech, IT, Manufacturing, etc.].

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and social media hiring.

• Experience in attendance and payroll management systems.
