Position Title: Senior Manager – HR

Role Purpose The Senior Manager – HR will be responsible for leading and managing the entire HR function at CAIT EduSys Pvt. Ltd. This includes strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, learning & development, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with CAIT’s business objectives.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, contributing to organizational growth and transformation.
• Lead the HR team and ensure delivery of all core HR functions. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar manpower requirements.
• Forecast workforce needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Build partnerships with institutions, job boards, and agencies to attract skilled talent. Employee Lifecycle Management
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of employees.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs.
• Design career progression frameworks for different levels (blue-collar, field staff, managers, leadership). Performance Management & Development • Implement structured appraisal systems with KRAs/KPIs.
• Ensure regular performance reviews, feedback, and coaching.
• Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs across all levels. Compliance & Policies
• Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, shops & establishment, etc.).
• Maintain updated HR policies, employee handbook, and grievance redressal systems.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and legal authorities where required. Culture & Engagement
• Foster a positive work culture that reflects CAIT’s values.
• Drive recognition programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and internal communication.
• Handle disciplinary cases with fairness and transparency. Data, MIS & Analytics
• Maintain HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and attrition reports.
• Present HR insights and recommendations to leadership for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate HR documentation and digitisation of HR records.
Key Requirements Education & Experience
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Exposure to manpower services, education, training, or workforce-intensive industries is highly preferred.
