Job Description

Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible HR & Payroll Executive to manage employee payroll, attendance, salary disbursement, and office expense tracking. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, finance coordination, and basic accounting.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:HR Management:

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and staff database.

  • Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.

  • Support recruitment and coordinate interviews when required.

Payroll & Salary Management:

  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy.

  • Handle salary slips, deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and statutory compliance.

  • Maintain confidential employee compensation records.

Office Expense Management:

  • Track daily office expenses and prepare expense reports.

  • Manage petty cash, vendor bills, and reimbursements.

  • Coordinate with accounts team for monthly financial closing.

Administrative Support:

  • Ensure smooth HR and office operations.

  • Support management in HR and finance documentation.

  • 🎓 Qualification & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (Tally or Zoho Books preferred).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
