Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible HR & Payroll Executive to manage employee payroll, attendance, salary disbursement, and office expense tracking. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, finance coordination, and basic accounting.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:HR Management:
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and staff database.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Support recruitment and coordinate interviews when required.
Payroll & Salary Management:
Process monthly payroll with accuracy.
Handle salary slips, deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and statutory compliance.
Maintain confidential employee compensation records.
Office Expense Management:
Track daily office expenses and prepare expense reports.
Manage petty cash, vendor bills, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with accounts team for monthly financial closing.
Administrative Support:
Ensure smooth HR and office operations.
Support management in HR and finance documentation.
🎓 Qualification & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (Tally or Zoho Books preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
