We are looking for a dedicated and proactive professional who can handle candidate calling and manpower sourcing for blue-collar positions. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, able to screen and engage candidates effectively, and experienced in sourcing manpower from various fields such as labour, technicians, operators, and other blue-collar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job requirements
Source and identify suitable blue-collar manpower through field visits, references, job portals, and local networks
Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly
Coordinate interviews and ensure manpower availability as per client needs
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet daily/weekly hiring targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Experience in blue-collar hiring (preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong networking and field sourcing capability
