✅ Conduct field recruitment activities in assigned locations

✅ Source blue-collar candidates through local references, job fairs, placement drives & community outreach

✅ Visit industrial areas, labor hubs & client locations for manpower sourcing

✅ Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements

✅ Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further selection

✅ Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

✅ Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates

✅ Coordinate with clients and operations teams for manpower requirements

✅ Follow up for documentation and joining formalities

✅ Achieve recruitment targets within timelines
