Job Description: Executive Assistant
Location:Peeragarhi
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, and reports.
Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for meetings.
Assist in project follow-ups, task tracking, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Support operation team with administrative tasks when required.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Professional email drafting and business communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Any field.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative role.
