We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage core administrative and employee support functions. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations.
This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 p.m. onwards and strong growth opportunities.
Office & Vendor Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies/inventory, and handle utility/vendor coordination (e.g., maintenance, internet).
Employee Coordination: Manage incoming/outgoing mails/messages, maintain organized filing, and coordinate internal meetings and events.
HR Support: Manage employee attendance, track leave records, prepare initial joining documentation for new hires, and assist with basic payroll input.
Reporting & Finance: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel Reports (attendance, expense summaries) and manage petty cash records and expense claims.
Recruitment Assistance: Create and advertise job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial telephonic candidate screening.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) in any discipline.
Experience Range: 0-1 Years of Experience in administration or HR support.
Core Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly strong working knowledge of Excel for reporting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Working Days: Must be open to working Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
