Manage front desk & greet members
Handle customer queries and provide quick support
Attend calls, WhatsApp messages & walk-in inquiries
Explain membership plans and achieve monthly sales targets
Data entry, Excel work, CRM software & data management
Maintain daily reports and documentation
Coordinate schedules with trainers and staff
Perform basic admin work and handle cash transactions
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Good communication & customer handling skills
Computer knowledge: Excel, CRM, Data Management
Presentable, confident & sales-oriented
Experience: 4–5 years preferred
Fresher also can apply (training will be provided)
6 days working
2 Sundays off & 2 Sundays working per month (compulsory rotation)
Morning/Evening shifts
