Job Description

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Front desk management:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.

    • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Communication:

    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

    • Handle inbound inquiries about real estate projects and property offerings.

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.

  • Administrative support:

    • Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate agents.

    • Provide information on available properties and services.

    • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.

    • Support the sales team with follow-ups and client coordination.

  • Client and visitor assistance:

    • Guide visitors to the correct department or person.

    • Provide information and answer questions about real estate projects and services. 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is beneficial.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Technical proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software for scheduling and record-keeping.

  • Organizational skills: Good Looking, Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of tasks.

  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain composure while handling multiple inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
