Job Description ​We are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant with excellent communication and computer skills to manage administrative coordination, record-keeping, and logistics.​Core Responsibilities​Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary liaison to coordinate with vendors and delivery personnel. Maintain strong internal communication with staff.​Documentation: Track and file all key documents (invoices, contracts, etc.) accurately using an efficient system.​Stock Management: Maintain precise stock records for all office supplies and inventory. Monitor levels and initiate re-orders.​Computer Skills: Utilize MS Office (Excel is key) for all tracking, reporting, and record-keeping duties.​Required Skills​Strong verbal and written communication skills.​High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).​Excellent organizational and tracking abilities.​Prior administrative experience is a plus.
