Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the front desk area and keep it tidy and presentable.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Provide information to visitors and respond to basic inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
