
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, patient registration, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments to provide excellent patient service.
Greet and assist patients/visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries efficiently.
Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and facilities.
Collect payments and issue receipts as per hospital policy.
Ensure the front desk area is neat, professional, and welcoming.
Handle patient complaints or escalate to the concerned department.
Support in administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a patient-centric approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and hospital management software (if any).
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
