Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate the POS system for billing, cash/card/UPI transactions.
Guide customers on menu items and assist with recommendations when required.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns politely.
Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards at all times.
Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.
Requirements:
Experience: 0–2 years in café/restaurant / retail customer service (Freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS operation (Training will be provided if required).
Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality are essential.
Ability to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and rush hours.
