We are looking for a smart and organized Admin Receptionist to manage front-desk duties and provide administrative support. The role includes welcoming visitors, handling calls, managing appointments, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries
Maintain appointment schedules and meeting rooms
Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments
Manage courier, office supplies, and vendor follow-ups
Maintain a clean and professional reception area
Requirements:
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience preferred, but not mandatory
