Job Title: Office Boy (Pantry & Hospitality)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and well-mannered Office Boy who will manage pantry operations and support hospitality services within the office. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness and assist in smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily pantry operations including preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, utensils, and related areas.
Arrange and serve beverages, snacks, and meals during meetings, conferences, or events.
Manage stock of pantry items, groceries, and beverages; coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of office premises such as meeting rooms, reception, and workstations when required.
Support staff in photocopying, filing, dispatching couriers, and other small errands.
Welcome and assist guests with courtesy, ensuring a pleasant hospitality experience.
Handle minor office-related tasks assigned by Admin or HR.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience as an Office Boy / Pantry Assistant preferred.
Basic knowledge of pantry management and hospitality etiquette.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and punctual.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Work Environment:
Full-time position.
Working days: Monday to Saturday
