Office Boy

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Assist in handling office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery.

• Help with basic administrative tasks as required.

• Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of tea, coffee, water, and other essentials.

• Assist in receiving and distributing couriers, parcels, and other deliveries.

• Support staff in arranging meeting rooms, maintaining cleanliness before and after meetings.

• Assist in moving office items, organizing storage areas, and ensuring overall office upkeep.
