Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse processes, manage staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates; provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.

• Ensure accurate inventory management and perform regular stock checks.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Monitor daily workload and assign tasks to meet operational goals and deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed (if certified).

• Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.

Qualifications:

• Any bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role (4+ years preferred).

• Ready to work in rotational shift.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory software, and safety protocols.

• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems).
