Processing Invoices

• Verify and process invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy in pricing and item details.

• Create purchase orders.

• Validate invoices against purchase orders and document receipts.

• Maintain documentation of invoices as per the owner's requirements.

• Update and manage the Invoice Log.

• Maintain the Order Log.

Resolving Discrepancies:

• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure records are up-to-date.

• Coordinate with vessel staff, as necessary.

Ensuring Accurate Accruals:

• Liaise with the respective Person in Charge (PIC) to ensure correct accruals are processed.
