Roles and Responsibilities
 Oversight of day-to-day operations. Tracking attendance of staff and maintain records.
 Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
 Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
 Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
 Maintain inventory - Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
 Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
 Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending. Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
 Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.
 To maintain and update the master data records for all assigned projects regularly.
 Ensure that administration requirements are adhered to and reports are submitted on time as stipulated.
 Managing supply chain operations for Indian and International vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
 Ensure all the assets are in place and good working condition for smooth operations.


Desired Candidate Profile
 Should have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
 Proven work experience in managing office operations or similar role
 Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or relevant field.
