Job Profile: Warehouse Executive

Location:  Coimbatore

·       Handling of both inbound and outbound materials

·       Pack Items securely into boxes, containers, or other packaging materials, ensuring they are protected from damage during transit.

·       Use appropriate packing materials like tape, bubble wrap, or padding to ensure safe packaging

·       Label packages with accurate shipping information, including customer addresses, order numbers, and any special instruction

·       Ensure packages are sealed securely and labelled correctly for shipping

·       Prepare and organize packages for shipment, ensuring they are ready for loading onto trucks or courier.

·       Inspect goods for damage or defects before packing to ensure only high-quality items are shipped.

·       Assist in inventory counts, stock replacement, and organizing storage areas to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

·       Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of packaging materials properly

Requirements

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time

·       Ability to communicate in a professional manner with team members at all levels of the organization

·       Ability to prioritize, organize and plan workload effectively

·       Ability to learn quickly, multitask and perform under deadlines

·       Must work well in a team environment and/or with little supervision

·       Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
