Job Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Head Office
Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the procurement of materials and supplies for production

• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best pricing and terms

• Track stock levels and ensure timely orders to avoid shortages

• Work with various departments to understand material requirements and coordinate purchases

• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality standards are met

• Track and analyze market trends to make cost-effective purchasing decisions

• Research and negotiation skills to identify reliable suppliers, evaluate costs, and finalize contracts

• Data analysis and decision-making abilities to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs

• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple purchase orders and supplier communications
