Job Title: Warehouse Executive – Ecommerce Operations

Location: WZ-77, Near Indrapuri, Todapur, New Delhi, Delhi – 110012
Department: Ecommerce & Warehouse
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / Ecommerce Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Label Printing & Management:

  • Print MRP labels for products using label printers.

  • Print and paste order labels for various ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

  • Ensure all labeling is accurate and aligned with the product details.

• Ecommerce Order Fulfillment:

  • Process daily orders and shipments from ecommerce portals.

  • Create and manage shipments for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart), and other marketplace models.

  • Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickup and dispatch.

• Inventory Management:

  • Regularly update inventory data across ecommerce platforms.

  • Perform stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.

  • Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward inventory.

• Computer & System Knowledge:

  • Use ecommerce seller panels, Excel, and inventory management tools.

  • Basic understanding of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Comfortable working with barcode scanners, label printers, and related software.

• Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the ecommerce and dispatch team for smooth order processing.

  • Generate daily inventory and dispatch reports.

  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the concerned department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a warehouse or ecommerce backend role.

• Proficiency in using computers and MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in ecommerce warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with barcode printers and inventory software.

Salary: 10K-15K
