Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process RTO orders from B2B clients in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

• Update order status in ERP/WMS systems and ensure accurate documentation of returns.

• Communicate with clients regarding return shipments, reasons for return, and next steps.

• Track and reconcile RTO stock, verify quantities, and coordinate restocking or disposal as per policy.

• Collaborate with the accounts team for credit notes or financial adjustments for RTOs.

• Investigate and analyze reasons for returns (damaged goods, incorrect shipments, delayed delivery, etc.) and escalate persistent issues.

• Prepare daily/weekly RTO reports and share insights with the operations or customer success team.

• Ensure timely resolution of return-related queries from B2B customers.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce RTO rates and improve B2B order accuracy.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external logistics partner requirements.
