Warehouse Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations:

o Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

o Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of inventory.

2. Inventory Management:

o Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

o Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

3. Team Management:

o Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

o Train and guide employees on safety protocols and operational procedures.

4. Logistics & Dispatch:

o Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

o Ensure proper documentation for shipments and compliance with logistics requirements.

5. Quality & Safety Compliance:

o Enforce warehouse safety standards and conduct routine inspections.

o Ensure all equipment is maintained and used properly.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations.

o Maintain records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
