Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Management: Supervise daily operations (receiving, storing, shipping), verify shipments, and coordinate dispatch.

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular counts.

• Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; delegate tasks and ensure team efficiency.

• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the movement of goods and coordinate with procurement, sales, and transport teams.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct safety audits, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations to enhance efficiency.

• Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory, performance, and any operational issues.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience.

• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and inventory control skills. Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
