Transport Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transportation activities and ensure smooth operations

• Assign duties to drivers and helpers as per schedules

• Monitor vehicle movements, ensure timely pick-up and delivery

• Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, and maintenance

• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues on-site

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies

• Report any incidents, delays, or breakdowns promptly to the manager

• Support the Site Incharge in daily reporting and staff management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

• Basic knowledge of transport/logistics operations

• Good leadership and team coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required

• Familiarity with vehicle routes and tracking systems (preferred)
