Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively. The role involves managing a team, coordinating logistics, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Operations Supervisor serves as a key point of contact between frontline staff and upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support operational staff to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor and manage daily workflows to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.

• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, HR) to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify areas for improvement and assist in the implementation of process enhancements.

• Manage inventory, equipment, or materials depending on the industry.

• Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive working environment.

• Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in an operations or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Familiarity with operational software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office).

• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and quality standards.
