Job Roles And Responsibility -

• Coordinating with branch SPOCs to get the acknowledgement, distribution and reconciliation of inventory

• Tracking the stock delivery and distribution acknowledgement

• Need to maintain and monitor the physical stock ( QR kits & Sound Box )

• Handling complaints, requirements, and escalation from business team regarding the devices and QR stock

• Follow ups and co-ordination with internal team as well as vendor as and when required

• Courier/shipment tracking and follow up with vendors for getting the delivery details

• Keeping control on damaged / lost inventories

• Branch visit/Training and education the branch contact person for following the logistic process (delivery/distribution acknowledgement and proper storage of stock).
