Store Executive

We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at at Omco Enterprises Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹23000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Challan Making (Issue & Receipt of Goods)

• Prepare Challans for:

o Material Issue to departments or customers

o RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) and NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass)

o Inter-department Transfers

o Goods Returned from customers or vendors

• Enter Correct Details:

o Date, Challan number, Item description, Quantity, UOM, Purpose, Department, Authorized signatories

📌 2. Reconciliation Tasks

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reconciliation of:

o Stock vs. Challan entries

o RGP Items – track pending returns and follow up

o Challan Books/ERP records – verify physical vs. system entries

• 3. Maintain Logs:

o Inward/Outward registers

o Challan status reports

o RGP/NRGP registers

📌 4. Documentation & Compliance

• File and maintain challans systematically (physical or digital)

• Ensure all challans are signed and stamped appropriately

• Keep audit-ready records for inspection

• Follow SOPs related to material movement and documentation

📌 4. ERP/System Work

• Operate ERP or Inventory Management Software:

o Material Issue and Receipt entries

o Generate reports on challan activity

o Update item master and stock ledgers

• Coordinate with IT/support for resolving software issues or updates

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
