We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Air and Sea Export freight sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international freight forwarding, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of logistics operations related to Exports & Imports.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for Air Export & Import and Sea Export & Import services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients, including exporters, manufacturers, and traders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with pricing, operations, and documentation teams to provide competitive and accurate quotations to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance market visibility and build new leads.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or International Trade).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, with a strong focus on Air and Sea Export.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, international shipping practices, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic logistics ERP systems.
