Job Profile – Part Inspection

Qualification & Experience

Degree in Engineering (Relevent Branch) : Experience minimum 5 yrs

Critical Skills Desired

Good knowledge of Measuring Instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Contour)

Good knowledge of Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing & Numerical Master Geometry.

Good knowledge of components and sub-assemblies drawings.

Good in dimensional and visual inspection of Machines components, Sheet Metal, Welded components/ Pipes and Jigs and Tools.

Can verify calibration reports of Jigs and Fixtures.

Can prepare inspection reports

Knowledge of PDCA Cycle,7QC tools, 8D methodology, Why Why analysis, Root cause analysis, APQP,PPAP
