Purchase Executive

Job Title: HORECA Purchase Executive 

Location: Market Yard, Pune 

Company: FreedyGo – A One-Stop Procurement Solution for HORECA 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Reach Market Yard, Pune by 4:00 AM daily to begin procurement. 

• Purchase fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries, and essential items for HORECA  clients. 

• Negotiate and bargain effectively with vendors to ensure the best quality at the  lowest cost. 

• Ensure all items meet the quality and freshness standards required by clients. • Maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and vendors.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery and stock  

updates. 

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor invoices, and daily reports. 

• Report daily purchase summaries and market trends to the Procurement  Manager. 

 Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fresh produce or grocery procurement  (HORECA experience preferred). 

• Strong knowledge of Pune’s Market Yard and local vendor ecosystem. • Deep understanding of HORECA business needs and quality expectations. • Fluent in Marathi and Hindi (must be able to speak and understand). • Ability to read and understand English for labels, invoices, and documentation. • Excellent bargaining and negotiation skills. 

• Physically fit and comfortable working early morning shifts. 

• Responsible, punctual, honest, and detail-oriented. 

• Joining: Immediate preferred 

 Working Days & Hours: 

• Days: Sunday to Friday (Saturday Off) 

• Timing: 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM
