Picker / Packer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and packing them according to company standards for shipping or delivery. This role is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Pick products from shelves based on order forms or scanning devices

• Check items to ensure they are not damaged and are correctly labeled

• Pack products securely into boxes, ensuring proper packaging and labeling

• Prepare and label shipments for dispatch

• Maintain clean and organized workstations

• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed
