Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Flipkart (Full-Time, Permanent Role)

Job Overview:

We are hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals to join Flipkart’s warehouse operations team at the Uluberia Birshibpur Fulfillment Center. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with spot joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order picking and sorting

• Product packing and labeling

• Scanning of products using handheld devices

• Conducting quality checks before dispatch

• Maintaining basic hygiene and safety protocols inside the warehouse

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Age: 18 – 35 years

• Education: Minimum 10th pass preferred

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,546 (Breakdown below)

  • Basic: ₹9,566

  • Attendance Bonus: ₹500

  • Night Allowance: ₹680

  • Daily Allowance: ₹120 × 15 days

• Incentives: Performance-based
