Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Order Fulfillment:

  Locating and retrieving specific products from inventory based on customer orders and picking slips. 

• Accuracy and Verification:

  Confirming the correct quantity and type of items for each order, often using barcode scanners and verifying against invoices. 

• Quality Control:

  Inspecting picked items for defects or damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Packaging:

  Safely and efficiently packing selected items into appropriate shipping containers, using cushioning materials as needed. 

• Labeling and Shipping:

  Attaching identification information and shipping labels to packages, and preparing them for dispatch or loading onto trucks. 

• Inventory Management:

  Assisting with stock audits, replenishing shelves, and maintaining organized inventory. 

• Equipment Operation:

  Operating various warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and pallet wrappers to move materials safely. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Following all safety protocols and reporting any potential hazards or issues.

  Updating inventory records and order statuses within the warehouse management system.
