Operation Manager

Our US based Client, a petroleum company in US seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Operations Mgr./General Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations.

Location: Remote

Working Days: Mon- Friday (Two Working Saturdays in a month)

Working time: Must work during US Central Time (CST) or Pacific Time (PST), depending on the specific requirement.

Working hours: Min 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, including fuel supply chain, dispatch, and logistics.

2. Manage and lead remote teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.

3. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments.

4. Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.

5. Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and progress.

Accounting Responsibilities:

1. Oversee full-cycle accounting, including daily bookkeeping, financial entries, and managing accounts receivable and payable.

2. Perform reconciliations, create and manage budgets, and prepare financial reports.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in petroleum operations or a related industry.

2. Strong accounting background and experience with business-level financial management.

3. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

4. Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software.
