🔍 Position Details:

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on interview & experience)

Experience: Must have hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics operations

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee routine warehouse operations

Lead and manage warehouse staff effectively

Ensure smooth coordination of goods receipt, storage, and dispatch

Maintain proper documentation and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)

Coordinate with local vendors for transport, labor, and leasing

Optimize warehouse space and resources

🛠️ Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Strong leadership and communication skills

Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint reports

Familiarity with:

Forklifts, hydro fare

Local transport & labor availability

Land lease and rent process

Well-versed in local geography and vendors

Good personality and interpersonal skills
