Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Management: Plan and execute timely deliveries; coordinate with transporters.

• Warehouse Coordination: Ensure proper storage, inventory control, and FIFO system.

• Documentation: Handle invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and logistics records.

• Vendor & Team Coordination: Liaise with sales, production, and transport vendors.

• Cost Control: Optimize freight and transport costs through effective negotiation.

• Compliance & Safety: Follow chemical handling, GST, and transport regulations.

• Reporting: Track delivery status, stock movement, and prepare logistics reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce

• ERP knowledge (SAP/Tally/Zoho)

• Good Excel and communication skills
