Working with the logistics department for timely processing and shipping of orders to ensure minimal pendency in order shipping.
Monitoring and mapping the entire process for all product returns and customer refunds.
Responding to customer queries across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, social media).
Ensuring customer enquiries are promptly addressed with minimal backlog.
Working with the merchandising team on any product-related enquiries or other requirements.
Preparation and submission of reports as and when needed.
Assisting the marketing team with any marketing or social media activations.
Assisting the merchandising team during photoshoots or events.
Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office proficiency.
Tech-friendly and comfortable using the internet, laptop, and social media.
Proficiency in English,Telugu . Hindi-manageable
