Logistics Manager

Coordinating for all Export dispatch related activities i.e. arranging the Transportation,

negotiating the rates.

 Coordinating with the inter department for timely dispatch, ensuring the dispatch to happen as

per time line set.

 Arranging for International couriers for dispatch by Surface and Air

 Negotiate Air Fright of various overseas countries, Custom Clearance Charges and

Transportation cost with various Freight Forwarders, C.H.A and Transporters and finalize the

same

 Managing day to day dispatch requirement of export

 Managing timely Dispatch & Custom Clearance

 Cross checking of all the Invoices of Forwarders, C.H.A. and Transportation against their

negotiated Quotation &/or Tariffs and booking of the same with the account department.

 Maintaining full records of Export Shipments done and upcoming Export Orders

 Preparing proforma invoice & Sales Order.

 Must having knowledge of ERP Software
