Import Export Executive

As an Operations / Import-Export Executive, the selected candidate will be part of a core executon team handling international trade documentaton, logistcs coordinaƟon, and business operaƟons. The role demands strong aƩention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive aƫtude to problemsolving and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in managing end-to-end documentaton related to import/export shipments (invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, etc.)

 Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and suppliers

 Maintain and update shipment trackers, order sheets, and operational reports

 Monitor logistics timelines and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders  Work on MS Excel/Google Sheets to maintain data sheets, reports, and cost analysis

 Prepare presentations, reports, and process documents for internal and client use

 Handle day-to-day coordination across different departments to ensure smooth operations

 Assist with follow-ups, tracking, and data entry as required
