Job Description: Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers (shippers, importers, exporters, freight forwarders).
• Identify market trends and opportunities to build new business pipelines.
• Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
• Engage in direct sales activities, including customer meetings, negotiations, and presentations to promote the company's services.
• Develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth
• Coordination of logistics operations and timely delivery of services.
• Manage communication between internal teams and external partners to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, client engagements, and marketing effectiveness.
• Track and analyse key metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales goals.
Job Specifications:
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Bachelor’s degree, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Work Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics or any other fields.
