Fleet Manager

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team at at Infokey System Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections. 

• Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of vehicle use, maintenance, and repairs. 

• Work Order Management: Handling assigned work orders and prioritizing tasks. 

• Communication: Communicating with supervisors and other staff regarding issues and potential problems. 

• Safety: Adhering to safety policies and procedures. 

• Supervision: In some cases, supervising maintenance staff and assigning work duties. 

• Resource Management: Managing tools and equipment used for maintenance. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
