Fleet Manager

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team at at Infokey System Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹25000 - ₹30000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Placement and Negotiation:

  Liaise with suppliers, brokers, and transporters to secure vehicles at competitive rates and ensure timely placement for shipments. 

• Route Planning and Dispatch:

  Plan routes, manage dispatch operations, and monitor vehicle tracking to optimize delivery times and reduce costs. 

• Fleet Management:

  Oversee fleet maintenance, driver performance, and vehicle tracking, ensuring compliance with regulations. 

• Logistics Coordination:

  Coordinate with other logistics teams, including warehouse staff, to ensure smooth transit and timely loading/unloading operations. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new potential customers for transportation services. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
