Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve 5 fresh logins/day and 18 logins/week as per soft targets.
  
  

• Convert daily leads shared by the Sourcing Manager through active calling and follow-ups.
  
  

• Re-engage lapsed DEs (inactive for 3+ months) and encourage them to rejoin.
  
  

• Conduct field recruitment via local channels, area outreach, and referral programs.
  
  

• Strategically plan sourcing efforts to consistently generate quality leads.
  
  

• Drive end-to-end recruitment, from lead engagement to onboarding and documentation.
  
  

Note: KPIs are indicative and will be owned and monitored by the client.
