Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow. The ideal candidate will manage a team of workers, monitor production targets, and maintain quality standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate factory floor staff to meet daily production goals

• Assign tasks and ensure workflow is maintained across shifts

• Monitor raw material use and minimize waste

• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and factory rules

• Check product quality and report any defects or delays

• Maintain daily production reports and worker attendance

• Coordinate with store/inventory and packing departments

• Train and guide new workers or helpers as needed
