Factory Supervisor

Stock and Inventory Management : Maintain accurate physical stock records. Update and manage stock registers on a daily basis. Verify stock movement and report discrepancies, if any. Dispatch and Logistics : Manage dispatch schedules in coordination with the sales and transport teams. Issue delivery challans and prepare sales invoices. Supervise loading and unloading of vehicles. Coordinate and supervise the palledari (loading and unloading team) as and when required to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods. Ensure timely coordination with transporters for dispatches. Purchase and Material Inward Handling : Visit vendor warehouses to supervise vehicle loading. Match the quality of purchased material with approved samples before accepting delivery. Conduct quality checks on all inward materials. Prepare inward reports and gate passes as per defined standards. Production Coordination: Plan and schedule production activities with the production team. Prepare production reports for each lot, track output quality, and give feedback to the management and supervisor. Administrative and Cash Handling : Manage petty cash expenses and keep proper records. Arrange product samples for the sales team. Job Profile - Mill Supervisor 1 Carry out factory errands and administrative tasks as needed. Skills Required: Ability to work with stock registers and dispatch documentation Good communication and coordination skills Eye for detail, especially for quality matching Familiarity with basic computer operations (preferred) Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in factory/store operations Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred) Experience with dispatch, stock handling, and vendor coordination will be an advantage Prior experience in flour, gram flour, rice, or spice manufacturing plants is preferred
