Courier & Mail Handling:
Manage daily inward and outward courier/parcel movement for employees, clients, and departments. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt tracking.
Inventory Control & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of distributed materials, visitor passes, ID cards, stationery, and access devices. Update logbooks and registers regularly.
Coordination with Facility Teams:
Liaise with front office, housekeeping, security, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and distribution of goods across departments.
MIS & Reporting:
Generate daily/weekly reports related to courier dispatch, consumable usage, and stock levels. Escalate delays or discrepancies promptly.
Customer Service & Communication:
Handle employee/vendor inquiries related to dispatches, coordinate with logistics partners, and maintain professional communication at the help desk.
