Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch In charge

Age Category: 28–35 years

Preferred Background: Candidates from a logistics or similar industry background are preferred

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transport teams for order fulfilment

Monitor and schedule dispatch vehicles, routes, and drivers

Maintain accurate records of dispatch timings, shipments, and delivery documentation

Ensure compliance with company procedures, transport regulations, and safety standards

Handle customer and internal inquiries regarding delivery status and delays

Troubleshoot issues related to transportation, loading, and documentation

Maintain and update dispatch logs and reports for management review

Supervise dispatch staff and ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

4–5 years of relevant experience in dispatch or logistics operations

Strong understanding of dispatch procedures, route planning, and fleet management

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Proficient in MS Office and dispatch/ERP systems
