Dispatch Executive

 Requirement

• Coordinate and manage dispatch of steel products as per company schedules and client requirements.

• Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses; communicate timely updates to involved parties.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, and necessary e-way bills.

• Liaise with logistics providers, drivers, customers, internal departments, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Plan and optimize dispatch routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.

• Handle and resolve issues, discrepancies, or complaints related to dispatch activities.

• Uphold company standards and policies for dispatch and logistics management.

• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on dispatch operations, inventory, and deliveries.

• Oversee compliance with regulatory guidelines pertaining to shipping and transportation.

•   Support periodic audits and stock counts, and assist in inventory management as needed. 

Required Skill

·         Graduate in any discipline;

·         3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse management in manufacturing or steel industry environment.

·         Working proficiency with dispatch management software, MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and general documentation processes.

·         Good knowledge of logistics processes, local transport regulations, and compliance requirements.
